Yo yo.. RoBo.. On d track…

It is officially confirmed that Superstar Rajinikanth will feature in Shankar’s Robot! It might be recalled that Shankar had this project in mind a few years back with Kamal Hassan on the lead, but that project didn’t materialize for some reason. He also approached Shahrukh Khan recently to play the lead but that was dropped as well. The new Robot featuring Rajinikanth will be produced by Ayngaran International and EROS Multimedia. The movie is set to be produced in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi and other regional languages. A.R. Rahman will render the music for this huge project! The project will take anywhere between 18 to 24 months for completion and will be produced at a cost of Rs.100 crore! Before Robot’s commencement Rajni is planning to do a short project for K. Balachander’s Kavithalaya and the movie will be directed by P. Vasu.

Yo Yo .. superstar…

New Year…..

The World is three days:
As for yesterday, it has vanished,
along with all that was in it.
As for tomorrow, you may never see it.
As for today, it is yours, so work in it.
(Hassan al-Basri)

The nightmares of the past, the only today and the unseen dreams of future have been each covered in turn.

The likeness of these is that of a leaf upon a tree.

The past is like a dried leaf; it once grew green, once revealed its Autumn gold and is now shrivelled and dry. Nothing can bring back the gold or the green and nor will it ever fall again.

Today is like a lush green leaf; full of potential and vigour- but it is destined to fall in its Autumn gold and become shrivelled.

The future is like a seed; nobody can know whether a great oak lies inside or when the seeding might emerge if indeed it will.

The above quote summarises and concludes the series eloquently. Today is ours, so let us work.
